The Situation

A global functional team was enabling an AI Marketplace for the data they owned — allowing anyone in the broader organization to build AI capabilities. But the strategy wasn't visible enough to executives, the product mindset was uneven, and new roles like GenAI lead were emerging without clear enablement.
