But the strategy wasn't visible enough to executives, the product mindset was uneven, and new roles like GenAI lead were emerging without clear enablement.

Anchored the effort in an AI Marketplace narrative: foundations, semantic clarity, governance-light guardrails, and reuse
Ran a Value Story workshop and an AI Product discovery session focused on concrete use cases
Built a 1:1 role-based coaching plan for each discipline leader: product lifecycle, semantic layer, data quality scorecard, and compliance/privacy
