Dr. Alexander Borek
Alexander worked as Director for Data Analytics at Zalando and as Global Head of Data, Analytics & AI at Volkswagen Group and VW Financial Services. He built Data & AI teams and executed strategies at Zalando, Volkswagen, Audi, Porsche, Seat, Munich Re, Siemens, BNP Paribas, Fiege, Scout24, Swiss Post and Infineon. He advised C-level executives at dozens of other enterprises across Europe.
He led 100+ data & AI professionals, launched AI products used by millions, navigated the politics of global matrix organizations, and knows exactly what it takes to turn a data strategy from a PowerPoint into a running operation.
