Aleksejs Plotnikovs
Aleksejs spent over a decade at Microsoft, where he led the transformation of Data & AI organizations at scale.
As EMEA Director, he led a team of over 350 people and played a key role in building and scaling data capabilities across global enterprise environments.
He co-created a $1B product and drove Data-at-Scale initiatives using enterprise data lake platforms.
Aleksejs is also the author of 'Data Management Strategy at Microsoft' ā€” a framework that shaped how one of the world's largest organizations governs and operationalizes its data assets.
