You’ll leave with practical approaches to product management and culture-building that make analytics sustainable over the long term.

 

Workshop 2: Analytics Tooling

In this workshop, you’ll explore how to design the right data architecture and data products to power analytics, including making practical modeling choices. We’ll dive into generative BI and the semantic layer to enable natural-language access to consistent metrics. You’ll also learn how to approach BI tooling and user experience — deciding what to standardize, what to federate, and how to deliver analytics that scale.

Workshop 3: Platform-as-a-Product

In this workshop, you’ll learn how to treat your data platform as a true product. Together, we’ll explore how to simplify the user experience, bake governance into the platform from the start, and balance flexibility with standardization. You’ll walk away with practical ways to organize your team, define ownership, and create a platform that people actually want to use.

Workshop 4: 
Modernization in Motion

This workshop is about making modernization real — not overwhelming. You’ll assess where your platform stands today, identify the biggest pain points, and map out the steps that deliver quick, visible wins.
